Engage Eric or Jeri for one, two or more days to facilitate your board retreat, team meeting, strategic plan development or any group function where a facilitator is needed. We also offer a non-profit discount.

Daily rate is $1,875.
Half day rate is $900.

In-person planning can be scheduled for one or two days back to back, or broken into four half day sessions. This option is usually selected when planning involves an executive team or board of directors. In this situation, we recommend including an administrative person to take notes and help with writing the plan once the sessions are completed. Again, we provide ongoing follow-up coaching either monthly or quarterly to help you stay on track with your plan.
